Cascadia Cabinetry is committed to providing high-quality products and installations. We offer the following warranties:

1. Closet Systems, Shelving Products, and Door Systems:

   • Warranty Period: 10 years

   • Coverage: Materials and installation

   • Conditions: Valid as long as the original purchaser owns the products in their original installed location. Warranty is void if products have been altered, tampered with, misused, or overloaded (maximum static weight of 20 lbs. per lineal foot of shelving).

2. Kitchens, Vanities, Laundry Rooms:

   • Warranty Period: 2 years

   • Coverage: Materials and installation

   • Conditions: Valid as long as the original purchaser owns the products.

Exclusions and Misuse:

• The warranty covers only the defective portion of any system.

• Misuse includes but is not limited to:

  • Exposure to excess moisture, which can damage the finish or structure.

  • Exposure to heat above 82°C, which can cause delamination.

  • Use of inappropriate chemicals or cleaning agents, which can cause discoloration or streaking.

Maintenance:

Proper maintenance is essential to ensure the longevity and performance of your Cascadia Cabinetry products. Please follow all provided maintenance instructions to maintain the warranty coverage.

• We recommend a simple wet cloth is used to wipe down the shelves when needed. And when using chemical cleaners, always test them in inconspicuous areas (such as the underside of a low adjustable shelf or inside a cabinet) to ensure they do not cause discoloration or streaking. 

• Prevent excess moisture from coming into contact with the cabinetry by wiping up spills immediately and using exhaust fans in kitchens and bathrooms to reduce humidity levels. 

• Use placemats, coasters, and trivets to protect the cabinetry from hot pots, pans, and other heated items. Avoid placing wet or damp items directly on the wood surfaces. 

• Please take care when cleaning floors and gently dry any wet areas with a soft, dry cloth to protect your toe kicks from damage.
